So who is BlackOps?

BlackOps is a group of four international businessmen who met at a government mixer in China. The common bond was obvious to them as they each were avid cyclist. While each of them was in China for work they discovered some of the little known secrets of the major bicycle manufacturers and how to acquire high end carbon parts made for the top names without paying the high-end price tag. They decided to bring these deals to everyone to make cycling more affordable. How do they do that? They have no overhead. Essentially, the group meets with the main manufacturers and has them over produce when manufacturing for the big brands. They then buy the unlabeled over runs and sell them directly to retailers like us. As part of the deal, the retailers agree to not sell above an established price, therefore passing on the savings to the consumer.
