Each KB Performance Gear is designed to fit you in the predominant position for your sport. Special care must be exercised when washing KB Performance Gear.
KB Performance Wear Care Instructions:
It is imperative that you follow these instructions to prevent damage to your KB Performance Gear. Failure to follow these directions may result in damage to your clothing.
Shorts/Tights/Knickers/ Arm or leg warmers
- Never pull on your clothing when getting dressed. You should work the garment up the legs or arms, a little bit at a time until it’s positioned correctly.
- Use care when removing your clothing. Do not tug on the material. Avoid putting stress on the seams and chamois area.
- If you are putting on bibs, tights or knickers, do not pull on the suspenders.
- Never pull on areas with seams or near the chamois. This will protect the integrity of the garment.
After Exercising/Washing
Sweat, harsh detergents and fabric softener can damage moisture wicking fabrics. Please follow these steps in caring for your gear.
- Do not machine-wash your clothing.
- Rinse your gear immediately after use. Hand-wash your clothing with a gentle, liquid laundry detergent in tepid water. If gentle detergent is not available, a suitable replacement can be baby shampoo. Avoid rubbing or applying stress on the seams. Never use harsh abrasives or scouring pads.
- Turn the item(s) inside out when drying.
- Avoiding direct sunlight, line-dry your clothing.
